Individual Therapy
Sometimes we need more help than our family and friends can provide. Sometimes we need someone to talk to who has no stake in what we say about how we feel or what we are thinking, and can really listen and perhaps clarify, but not give opinions about what we should do. Sometimes we want an experienced professional’s knowledge, wisdom and experience about how to feel better, and what direction to take to solve the problems we face. Individual therapy can provide a private, supportive space to find acceptance, understanding, guidance.
