As a California licensed psychologist (PSY122555), I provide psychotherapy and psychological evaluation for individual adult clients, couples of all kinds, and parents with their adult children. I work with people struggling with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, stressful life circumstances, traumatic experiences, painful losses, and relationship conflicts and disappointments. I also see people who are simply confused; who face complicated life decisions; or who want to be more in charge of their lives.

My favorite question is, “What do you want?” Because we have to know where we’re going in order to get there. And then I offer help in finding the answer, and help for changing the feelings, thoughts, and behaviors that are in your way. I offer support for putting your past where it belongs, embracing your life in the present, and acting intentionally and courageously toward your future.
